Cittamobi’s institutional website had previously been developed by a third-party agency using WordPress and, over time, became complex to maintain, making content management difficult for internal teams.
At the same time, the company was going through important changes:
The app was undergoing visual updates, with more modern and minimalist interfaces;
The brand was being fully refreshed, including a new concept, logo, color palette, and tone of voice;
The website needed to serve different audiences, with pages aimed at both end users (B2C) and companies and partners (B2B).
The challenge was to create a website that was easier to maintain, visually aligned with the app’s new interfaces and the updated brand identity, while clearly structuring information for distinct audiences.
I worked collaboratively with the Product, Marketing, and Monetization teams to map the website’s needs and define the objectives of each section.
As part of the process, I carried out:
Benchmarking of institutional websites and digital products within the same segment;
Definition of the information architecture, considering the segmentation between B2C and B2B;
Creation of a sitemap to organize content, hierarchy, and navigation flows.

Sitemap and information architecture
Based on this structure, I developed wireframes focused on clarity, readability, and accessibility. After validation with stakeholders, I moved on to high-fidelity screens, ensuring alignment with the app’s new visual language and the updated brand guidelines, while delivering a cleaner, more consistent, and scalable layout.
With a navigable desktop prototype, I conducted internal usability testing sessions to understand perceptions of the new layout and content. Through this feedback, I gathered valuable insights related to usability and information clarity. After the necessary adjustments, I finalized the tablet and mobile versions, ensuring a responsive and consistent experience across devices.
Finally, I prepared the documentation and handoff for the development team, ensuring faithful implementation of the design decisions.

The new website improved Cittamobi’s institutional communication and led to a significant increase in qualified leads, especially on pages targeting the B2B audience. In addition, the website now consistently reflects the updated visual identity of both the brand and the app, while internal teams gained greater autonomy to maintain and update content.
